Dear Dr. King,
I'm a patient from two years ago. I saw the news and was shocked to hear that someone would want to hurt you – a genuine, honest person! It was your team and you that help put ease into me by building the trust, care and patience to follow my goal. I was so happy I chose you as my eye surgeon. You were very kind with a great sense of humor. Other doctors I saw post op respected your work. They hardly found any scars after the surgery!!! I've also gained confidence I never thought I had!
After my experience at Clearly LASIK, I've been bragging and referring everyone and anyone interested in getting corrective eye surgery. In fact, several have had work done by you. Just want to send your family and you my support and strength during this time.
I also wanted to add last night that when I walked through the doors of Clearly LASIK, I didn't feel like another 'client' or 'patient' as I did with other clinics I had interviewed and researched. I, in actuality, felt I was going to be taken care of and without doubt, felt I was in good hands. Again, keep up the outstanding job and don't let this stop you from continuing to impress and gain respect from future patients. :)

Just as you and the Doctors advised me, my eyes are still adjusting a little every day for the close-in reading. For everything else, it has been like going from watching the old rabbit-ears TV to High-Def. After over 40 years, what a joy to not have to wear glasses all of the time!
I had my first office visit about one month ago, and Isis (my better half) and I instantly felt at ease. We found your staff to be friendly, professional experts that treated us like friends and family. I had my surgery just a couple of weeks ago and we have been to the office for scheduled follow-ups twice since then. Every part of our experience has been very positive. I say our experience because Isis was made to feel like family too as she watched the entire process, including my procedure, and had all of her questions fully answered. You and the remainder of the office staff have been nothing less than outstanding professionals. All have been, and remain, very friendly and caring with nothing but the patient's best interests in mind.
After the recent incredibly shocking event, Isis and I have been very concerned about the morale of the Clearly LASIK staff. I have been in law enforcement for more than 33 years and I have seen how devastating events such as this can impact co-workers. You have a lot of friends out here so hang in there. Please know that both Isis and I have Dr. King and all of you at Clearly LASIK in our thoughts.
Since my surgery, and as recently as just 2 days ago, I have highly recommended you and your office to numerous of my co-workers. My key point with them has been the quality of professionalism exhibited and care provided by the Renton office staff. (Okay, the new clearer vision is really impressive too!) I continue to highly recommend you and your Clearly LASIK co-workers. We look forward to our next follow-up visit.
